    Each 60 minute class session includes a variety of: Gentle stretching and movement to prepare the body for rest. (Can be adaptable for special environments/clients) Progressive muscle relaxation to release stored tension. Breath awareness to settle the mind. Self-massage guidance to promote relaxation. A peaceful 30 minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation journey that only requires you to lie down and listen. Closing grounding techniques.

  • Yes. Online Yoga Nidra allows for flexible, consistent practice and is commonly used by professionals and organizations supporting remote teams.

  • A comfortable place to lie down, pillows, a blanket, and a quiet space are recommended if at your home. Eye coverings and supportive props are optional but encouraged. These props are included with studio appointments in Burnt Hills, NY.

  • Yes. Rest & Revive Studio offers ongoing contracts and customized programs for studios, clinics, and care facilities.

  • Yes. Rest & Revive Studio provides customized Yoga Nidra and meditation programs for corporate wellness, healthcare environments, and residential or retirement facilities. Programs can be tailored to staff, patients, or residents.

  • In-home sessions offer maximum ease and comfort, studio sessions provide a dedicated distraction-free environment, and virtual sessions offer flexibility and accessibility. All formats deliver the same intentional guidance and benefits.

  • Packages are non-refundable but may be transferable upon request. Packages are valid for a set period to encourage consistency and sustained benefit.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. (Within 15 mile range of Glenville, NY) Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, as time is reserved specifically for you.
